Perma Banned for Responding to Flame???

I have over 2,000 dollars worth of skins on this account, Have been playing for about 5 years on this account. I love league and have never been in violation of summoners code and banned or warned out of the years. Today I play a pre season ranked game as jungle, and begin to be flamed by this duo playing mid/top for me not ganking them spam pinging me and such. So I spam pinged back and told them i can't gank their lanes being since they were so fed. Then the mid laner chose to keep trying to take my jungle camps to try to piss me off. So I took mid minions and returned the favor. How am I permanently banned for matching this duo's insanely toxic behavior and they get away with it? I understand a warning or such but a PEMA BAN? AFTER 5 YEARS? RIOT?!

This is after being flamed 2 Games I decided to respond. Which I realize I shouldn't have stooped down to their level but I understand maybe a 14 day or chat restriction but a perma seems ridiculous.

You are responsible for your own actions, and should have taken the hint when your previous punishments came in. If you were not previously punished I think there are only two options, you decided to be a really poor excuse for a human being in a single game, or your account was accessed by someone else and Riot locked it down.

If you're trying to start a conversation about why you were banned you're going to have to post your chat logs, otherwise the best way to speak directly to Riot is with a support ticket.

Upon receiving a 14-day ban you receive a message warning you that any kind of punishable behavior, no matter how minor will result in a permanent ban. This is because permanent ban is the next step in the progression of punishments after a 14-day ban.

I happen to disagree with the technicalities that this operates on, but that is besides the point.

You were on thin ice after the 14-day ban, and it takes consistent postitive (or at least neutral) play over many months to re-build your account standing and move back to firmer ground.

Time played and money spent mean nothing. Only actions speak. And your action of responding to flame is only punishment worthy. Not perma worthy unless you triggered the zero-tolerance system or you just came back from a 14 day ban.

Never type in chat, delete the chat.That thing should not exist in league because riot has no definition of "flaming". Unless you say something positive you can't type. You can troll tho, if you do not type in chat. It does not matter who the flamer is , it matters who gets the report plain and simple. Personally i don't like having 9yo kids flaming me, i will respond to them i do not care if my account gets banned or not i can't just take the insults. However i don't tell people to kill themselves, or talk about their families, i will just say my opinion. The best tho is just not to waste time on this game, or just always play with 4 other friends.

Generally, people don't get permabans for ping spam and taking farm - you'd need to post your chat logs, because I have a very strong suspicion than your permaban was for using hate speech in chat.
