Riot The Ranked System Sucks

Riot every time I play league of legends Ranked i am tilted as ****. I always have someone who is feeding or someone that has barely played the game before and sucks. Obviously you will sometimes have games like this but no, it is every game. Its so hard to not tell the person that they are not doing something right. They will always say "omg so toxic, reported." Sometimes I may go far and swear at them, but how can you expect me not to get angry. Not to mention if you flame at an afk, sometimes you will get reported for being toxic, why. Overall the system blows and I can't have fun in ranked. Oh and Riot i feel like in normal I play with better people than in Ranked, whats up with that. This ruins the game for me. I want to play ranked but its not fun and the trolls are non-stop. Please fix the system, cuz right now... its broken.
