Honor 0?

I just came back from a 3 year break from League, in that time though someone had gotten into my account and I had to speak with a Rioter to get access back. Everything seems fine but on my profile it says I have an honor level of 0 and I'm locked out of rewards. I don't know how this honor system works so what rewards am I locked out of and am I able to raise my honor level to access those rewards?
