Riot will punish someone who talks before someone who trolls (taking farm, inting, running up and spamming emotes under your tower).
Sure, everything I said wasn't necessary to the game and I did chat "excessively" but it wasn't toxic. I wasn't flaming, I wasn't telling this person he was pure shit and repeating his 0/4 @ 5min score to everyone.
Yet when he does it to me, I get banned for responding.
He doesn't get punished though.
This isn't even the first time. I actually have screenshots of someone threatening to MURDER me if they knew where I lived. He then told me he'd friend me to prove that I'm a "bitch" and Riot won't do anything.
To this day, he is on my friend's list and still playing games. Never got banned.
