Two weeks ban

So I have never been suspended and i recently got a 2 week ban for toxicity, skipping 10 games and 25 games chat restriction. And here is the chat log:

The only REALLY negative I said is %%%got. Looks bad but it was against a FRIEND I played with, It wasn't serious at all and It was because of a funny situation where we kinda got murdered. The ,,ur aids i swear'' thing was against enemy team Shaco who was literally killing me with 1 auto and then BM-ing me. That was nothing serious as well and I didn't have any means to offend him. I sent ticket to a Riot and the response was that my behaviour was so EXCESSIVELY NEGATIVE that I clearly deserve a 2 weeks ban, skipping chat restrictions. For me that's pure exaggeration and the ban system gets really banal. I've seen people getting chat restricted for something even worse. What do you guys think? Share your opinion.

You say you said it to a friend you played with?

If I am entirely correct here. It would be your twitch game 21 hours ago where you played with a thresh and against a shaco.

Funny enough I don't find any signs of you ever playing with any of them before and I highly doubt you would hop onto a ranked with someone you have never played together with. I think it is safe to assume that you're lying on that part.

Sorry if I am wrong on that. But tt wouldn't matter eitherway. you said the zero tolerance word twice and got automatically banned.

wow. the fact that you still don't understand why you got banned shows that you clearly are in no way on a reformed path. My guess is as soon as you ban is over, you'll be permabanned because you haven't changed. At all. Good luck...

Hatespeech is taken very seriously by Riot, no matter the context. Words like '%%%got' will guarantee you a 14-day ban or higher if you are reported because of it.

If you want to joke around with your friends it should be done privately.

Yeah, use of hate speech isn't tolerated by Riot. Maybe that's fine to say between you and your friend, but you're sharing this chat with other players that clearly weren't comfortable with you speaking like that.
