This may sound cold, but your real life story will not earn you any favorable treatment here. We all have real lives. There's tens of millions of League players. I guarantee you one of them lost their house this year in one of the many hurricanes/typhoons around the world. I guarantee you that multiple are being affected by wildfires right now, and may not even know if they'll return to their homes. There's people who are in the hospital, there's families who don't know if this is the last Christmas they'll ever spend with their families, and there's people who can't spend Christmas with their families.
We all have issues. Most of us do not take our issues out on others. Spread love - not hate - it's a good motto to have in life. We all have hurt and loss in our lives - so don't make more hurt in others' lives.
You are highly unlikely to be unbanned. Riot does not revoke bans of accounts that were not made in error. If you wish to show reform, you can do so on a new account. If you choose to come back on a new account, I strongly recommend you just try to spread love, and not hate. Nobody deserves to be abused/harassed in a game. People play this game because they want to relax and calm down from life - not to experience more hate and negativity.
Regardless of your decisions as to League, I hope you're able to take some time to reflect upon this and improve yourself - be it in real life or in League. I also do hope your real life situation improves and that you're able to find love and family this season.
