Yes it is bannable. That is griefing and giving up. If you do it in a 4 man, you won't get banned because your friends will probably not report you.
Its not banable if all 5 people agree. Only then.
You are wasting 5 other people's time. No one wants to play that type of games on the opposite ends.
Why don't you just grab your pre-made and farm vs AI? The IP you gain from a bot win probably be the same as a defeat in normal.
