Dishonorable
I've been "dishonorable" after a 2 week ban about half a year ago and i havent even gotten to the next step to get honor 1. Will this ever happen?

Eventually.
Your chat needs to be neutral at worse or positive.
Formula is simple:
- don't get validly reported
- play lots of games
- get team honor bonus
- get honored
Most the time, people are tripping on the first part.
Just know the system is rigged to keep you in the prison tiers as long as possible.
