It's funny, i use to play with so much fun this game, until i have so many bad experiences with the ranked games. Is not possible to try to play better, to make researches about champions, to learn their skills and items, to spend so much hours to play ranked games to collect points and to see that many people in the teams that i were, have a really bad attitude, really bad vocabulary and report you for minors things, just being spoiled and selfish kids. I honestly think that this game should have a age barrier, is not good and professional that children about 10 or 12, go afk for going to the bathroom or that their mothers are calling they to sleep, that is to funny, really. I like this game and i try to be better, because i'm not a bad player but i can't do that if my team is so bad every time i play, ok not every time, but quite often.

There is a overwhelming number of Automated Robot Trainers running around matchs, I didnt think i would see that in Ranked, but sure enough i could tell it was robots ...

They go to every lane and mimic almost good player skills, but they make seriouse unthinkable mistakes, and difficult to tell if its a real player.

I beleive thats what your seeing. They dont chat, and respond to mipmap Pings, and objective pings, thats one way to figure them out. Although real players run to defend Turrent PINGs too so GL

These 10 or 12 year olds could be 24 or 30 year olds too. Just because it's childish behavior, doesn't mean adults don't do it. This is an online game after all, where people only think about what's best for themselves, and throw integrity out the window just because of anonymity. And really, judging from your vocabulary, if I wasn't a reasonable, logical person, I would think you are 12. So go easy on the assumptions.

Everyone deals with the same shit you are dealing with. Some people can't handle it and quit the game. Some try to find peace in making forum posts complaining about it. Some just suck it up and look at the bigger picture... it's just a game. So either way, choose what you feel is best for you. If you're too frustrated with teammates, play something a bit less team-intensive. Or you can try adding a bunch of people around your rank that you meet in games, that aren't trolls, and play with them. Good luck with whatever you choose to do. But don't expect it to get better. I hear it only gets worse the higher you climb.
