How to reports toxics players from qeue

What we can do if a toxic player start flaming from queue of a ranked game with no reason? and start saying "i'm going to troll this game for sure"... " I will make sure that you loose this game"... what are our options? leave the queue and wait 5 min first time, meanwhile he can start another game and do the same every time.
