My league account ban please help me

I was banned for 2 weeks and i understand why. Since I love league of legends, if i stop being toxic but next season or months later im toxic again and get reported. I read the next ban was permanent. But if im reported a lot of time after my last ban will i start off where i left or will i start again with a 10 game chat restrict or will i get a perma ban. Please someone help me.

It will take you 9 months from the date of your 14 day ban to be eligible for a 10 game ban again. You go down a tier every 3 months.

The tier you are in you can get permaed for any valid report not a couple, so just don't talk for the next 3 months, then after that just don't cuss people out.

You can still BM a few lines, but can't cuss anyone.

Well, to avoid this whole mess, the simple solution would to not be toxic.
