Perma Ban (HELP)

So i got perma ban 30 mins ago, I know i am very toxic player and i deserve bans, but perma ban is harsh, I poured my soul into my account, builded that account for 5 years in my happy moments and my sad moments, It was my fortress of soltitude and my Fun time with friends, I cried and laughed in more than 5000 hours and more than 30000 people i met, spent over 400 euros for skins and accesories, Made over 300 friends,And today exactly after 4 and a half years ,After a game that didint go as planned I recieved a message, "you have been permanetly banned" And i am here to ask is there any chance i could ever get my account back, I dont want to start new acc, cus i do not have another 5000 hours to go trough, Never have i tought it was possible for me to get perma ban but now i see what i have done. And so I Hold my head in my arms past 2 hours thinking what to do now.It feels like part of me just died with this League was one huge part of my life.

Hey NMT Doyla,

Unfortunately Riot does not remove punishments unless it was an error on their part. The punishments increase each time with the expectation that the player will change before it gets to the permaban stage. Punishments are dealt in 4 steps;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

It typically goes in order, but in the most severe cases Riot may manually escalate it multiple tiers. It takes 3 months for your next punishment tier to drop down 1 step. Riot's stance is that when a player has no intention of changing for temporary punishments they are left only with permanently removing them, and don't want that person's business.

A permabanned account doesn't mean you as a player are banned, though, and you can create a new account and use your experience here to turn over a new leaf. You can always try and contest your ban through a Support Ticket if you have to.

I can't help, but to laugh.

-You KNOW you're a toxic player, yet you've done nothing to show that you are trying to change your attitude. -It's not like you're banned from the game, just that account. -Maybe reflect on how you can become a POSITIVE player. -Make a new account, along with a new attitude.

I know i am very toxic player - Riot is trying to make a point. They do NOT want players like you playing their game, and the vast majority of the community doesn't want you playing the game either. You won't find sympathy here. Improve your attitude or don't play our game.
