Vote kick in champ select

I've been taking data on the games I play where the chat before the game is toxic, neutral, positive, or non-existent. So far over the last 3 months the only significant difference I have in win rate between these four variables is the toxic pre-chat condition. I've also held other covariates constant like the position I have and the current win-rate of the champion I'm playing as well as the position I'm in.

Can we please get an option to dodge a game without penalty at least once every 24 hours for pre-game chat toxicity. Or the option to vote to kick a toxic player before the game starts?
