Account Hacked and banned without even an explanation email by Riot

Someone hacked my main account, which I've had since season 1 and spent thousands of dollars on, changed it's name to MYQQ and some numbers I don't remember, and next day it says it's permabbanned. I have never accessed to any boosting sites or anything, and the worst part is that I'm supposed to get an email from Riot asking for a passcode if someone tries to change my password, but I didn't get anything. Password changed, account banned, and no email explanations. Even if they changed the email linked to that account I shoulda still gotten a confirmation passcode to my email. I don't understand what's going on and I need help ASAP. Sent Riot support an email but no answers yet. Help!!

Keep trying. There is a chance that the account was suspended for its safety.

harass the rioters. Maybe they can be direct than a general user

Dont feel bad, i caught a hacker who had my account about a week ago and reported it, went to get on today and boom, im banned for suspected use of 3rd party programs, made a ticket and in their defence i was abusing a exploit in their systems yet im b3 promos and have a 47% win rate in ranked. I have never once used any programs toward leauges nor had any intentions of it, yet im banned regardless.
