how many times does someone have to role steal or troll before we get a vote kick? if 4 people vote to kick this person then obviously chances are they were trying to role steal or troll
it doesn't even have to punish them right away (like maybe only if they were kicked from 3 champ selects they get punished)
talking about ranked games which don't have 4 people premade
seem's like it would just bring a lot of "hey your OP.GG is crap! kick this guy!"
This can easily be abused just to remove someone you don't like,has a bad kda,bad winrate etc.
It is also going to be insanely abused in premades.
Such an easy system to abuse. No. Been suggested before. Riot said they'll never do it. As in ever.

You should never be prevented from playing because there's a chance you were trolling. Vote kicking would kill off any non-meta champs/strategies, any champs currently seen as weak or low win-rate, probably a good chunk of Teemo/Yasuo and other disliked picks being available; not to even mention that any premade instantly has more power to stop you playing.
I'd rather see some kind of report and dodge system that allows you to dodge a game (with the risks that come with it) but lets you file a report first to get obvious trolls still punished.
Riot tends to avoid "chances are". If it isn't proveable beyond any reasonable doubt, they won't punish.
So many ways to abuse for all kinds of reasons, leading to even more problems. So, not gonna happen.
