League play harrasments and diolog restrictions

When a player is harassed in game to the point he cannot focus resulting in a negative response there should be equal suspensions similarly referred too as double misconduct penalty should be rewarded. In game i tried my best to stay cool and focused but after a long and behold battle with a "troll/ flamer " I muted the player to avoid a situation like so. I have a 10 game chat restriction and although im not saying in one case or another i don't deserve it but i tried my best to mediate the situation and followed proper procedure and still received a penalty i not only think I deserve but the opposing player aswell. It is not fair to accuse and penalize ones player involved and not two. Please review your instant feedback systema and consider that situations similar to mine do not always deserve punishment but a simple warning or an understandment of what happened. I spend alot of time and money on this game and i expect a little more lean ency maybe toward situations that are so common in this wonderful game, I appreciate you taking the time to consider my discussion and I hope improvements can be made to make everybody happy !
