Then the game isn't for you. The game itself takes a certain amount of self-control to enjoy. Without it, you're not going to have fun and that will lead you to more flaming. Which will increase the chance of you getting punished. I suggest you either take a long break or consider a different game.

its really easy not to flame , but its hard to keep the keyboard alive xD
