Dissatisfied with Player Behaviour response

Just wondering if there's any way of getting another Player Behaviour "specialist" to look at your account and handle your ticket if you feel the response to the original to be dissatisfactory? Judging by what I've seen just looking at this board it seems I'm not alone in this matter and how Riot has handled people's cases.

You can ask them in your ticket. If you're being uncooperative yourself prepare to get shut down though; most of the time the response is "unsatisfactory" it's actually that the player won't accept the reality of his situation, not Player Support was wrong or unfair.

What do yoiu expect when you deal with minimum-wage earning customer service reps. This is the equivalent of a cashier at mcdonalds. They dont give a fuck about their jobs, Riot doesnt give a fuck about your account and if banned HOPE if you come back you wont be 1) toxic 2) cheap with your money.

You can just continue replying until the ticket closes, and then opening another ticket in follow-up. It'll give you a different staff member, more often than not.

What DTN said is true. On the other hand, if they're wrong, they've got a job description, so I don't think they can really admit it beyond obvious things like typos or incorrect copy-pastes (I've got a few choice inconsistencies they have failed to address over the course of a lot of different player behaviour staff -- they tried once, and when their explanations were just plain incorrect, starting closing tickets instantly).

It really depends on why you're dissatisfied. Posting your reform card would probably help us advise you.

The last two times I used Player support went like this.

The first one:

  1. I got suspended from Boards for posting a mildly suggestive gif.
  2. I realized somebody else posted nearly the same thing in the same thread and it was completely fine.
  3. Went to support saying, I was unrightfully suspended.
  4. "A specialist will contact you shortly", the ticket gets immediatelly closed by that very person who responded with that line.
  5. I create a follow-up.
  6. First I got 2 bot responses with "A specialist will contact you shortly", then on the third try they said they messed up, but will continue with that case in the new ticket.
  7. The next guy asks me what server is my account registered on... Should I mention, I filled all forms creating those tickets?
  8. Fine, I responded. Over a month later I'm still waiting for a response.

Second time some time later:

  1. I got suspended for another thing so trivial, I realized Boards' mods must be some SJW femi-nazi mods hired from Reddit or something.
  2. Went and created a ticket about an unrightful suspension (Again).
  3. I got a response saying my matter is being dealt with in the previous ticket (The one that hasn't been responded for a month), that all questions should be forwarded there to avoid confusion and that bumping tickets results in them being put at the end of the review queue, and with that the ticket was closed.
  4. I opened up the same ticket, trying to explain to that dense mongrel FireFang (Who's the one handling this ticket. Btw he has Warwick's avatar, so the insult I just used, checks out), that this ticket is about another suspension entirely and it isn't anyhow related to the previous one.
  5. Once again I got told to forward all replies to the previous ticket, that is being ignored for a month.
