Suspension and banning system

Hi! I'd like to talk about the suspension and the banning system league has in the game. First of all, i do think these measure are great for reforming players but it can also give a negative impact over some players. Currently i've been suspended for 14 day's because of my toxicity over 3 games (They are all from my fault) but what i dont like is how sudden the ban came. I've had many games where i lost my temper, but what would be great i think to prevent bans and player from tilting like me is to do a feedback (like a sort of after game, you know how many times you got reported for doing something like inting or either flaming) and i think that would help for further games to be less toxic and more enjoyable for players! Im sorry for my terrible english and maybe this text is kinda useless but hope we could talk about it!

Depending on the content and level of toxicity in your chat from those 3 games you mentioned, the ban might have been appropriate.

Usually you would receive a chat restriction before a 14 day ban, but using hate speech or bigotist statements tends to escalate punishments. Either you have been punished previously or you might have been too extreme when expressing your frustration to the other players in your matches.

If you provide chat logs we could better judge whether or not the ban was appropriate. (screenshots are preferable over text because text can be altered or faked)

Either way, posting to the forums is usually not the best way to receive help with your ban. I would suggest you submit a support ticket to Riot at the link provided below. That way you can inquire directly as to the reason your ban was so harsh.

If you get an automated response you can reply again to ask for a manual review. Eventually you will receive a direct response. Remember to be polite, acting rudely will likely just lead them to think you are undeserving of help.

idk i just wish i have one more shot to play the game. im currently permabaned and ive been playing this game since season 2 with this account. feels bad
