I think that players who have been perma ban should be given a final chance just once to prove themselves. Heck if riot wants they can have a fee attached to have a perma ban account operational again. Anyone else agree with this?
No. Nearly all accounts that are permabanned for behavior already had a final chance and they blew it.
Back in the day, Riot had a challenge for people (Known as the 'Level 20 Challenge'). In it, Riot picked players who had messaged support and whom support believed genuinely meant to reform after the perma.
So they said: If you can level a new account to level 20, without it being punished once, you can have your old account back.
95% of people, people who Riot thought were genuine and repentant,_ failed_ the challenge. If that was the people Riot thought were genuine, what about the people who are still salty or frustrated about their ban? Do you think that even 5% of them will manage to reform?
The two week ban is the final chance.
If you received a permanent ban after that, you blew it.

from your previous posts, you deserved any punishment you got. Instead of complaining that you got punished, accept it and learn not to do it on another account. You intentionally fed...you clearly said that in a game to your team mates...they reported you because you intentionally fed. You got banned for that. It was a correct ban and deserved.

Do you get what "permanent" means, or do you need a dictionary?
Riot did have a level 20 program at one point in time, this is where permabanned players would level up a new account to level 20 and if they could do so without getting punished by the Tribunal, they would get their account(s) back. The program was shut down due to a failure rate of 95-97%.

bans doesnt help at all. if you want me (and many other players) to reform, just balance the game. easy as that.
