How long will it take to even get honor lvl 1 considering i got dis when they first implemented it

Will take forever. U get a 2 week ban? Anyway. This account has been 2 week banned twice. Ironically my main has honor 3. Playing with idiots in silver and gold tilts me and I flame sometimes. Also I used this account just for trolling as a stress relief sometimes. So its lvl 0 and will probably be for a while.
I have a friend who has been a lvl 1 honor for months because of a chat ban.
