Seriously enforce something

i have gone the last 12 games with all loses. all 12 games either some one intentionally fed, or afked. ive had it riot with your game and terrible punishment. i hope one of you sees this. its unfair to us when we have these guys in our games, and we are screwed and just lose lp and games and get stuck in elo hell because we keep running into players that either just dont care, feed, or afk. the remake system is crap. 3 minutes? without first blood? your kidding me right? ive ran into situations where our jungler didnt afk till the 4th minute and never came back till the 25th minute when the game was done, you can check my match history. i would like to see something more the leaver buster system, where a loss is prevented, and to see more people getting banned. i have messaged you guys tons of times about this, yet nothing ever gets done. your staff is terrible and you guys make this game no fun and very frustrating with your 0 lines of communication. im done with it. I dont think i will play another riot game you guys make in the future unless you guys can start cleaning up this terrible community.
