Do I deserve a 14-day ban?

Hello, I was playing a game with my friend that I have known since I was in 3rd grade and knowing him we joke with each other a lot. I was playing ADC and he was playing mid. I was joking around with him and said some racist stuff about him being South American. I also had some debate with my support on if Zyra was a good pick or not. Some cuss words were thrown around as usual and I did use the occasional n-word but only to my friend. My question is, if someone says toxic stuff to a friend in team chat, if the friend is fine with it, should there be a huge penalty such as 14-day ban? Here are some examples of things I only said to my friend. "I will feed you shity monkey brains you South American %%%got dick licker", "Uninstall", "ggwp n*****". I understand that this can be perceived as toxic and racist but my question is, since I was not saying it to anyone random, rather to someone who knows me well, should I at least get chat restricted, not 14-day banned? Because my understanding is, if I said the same exact thing in a private message, should I still get punished? Does it only matter since it is in team chat? What do you think about this?
