I got banned for doing nothing
i had 2 weeks ban and few days after i got perma ban because I made a mistake in a normal game with tahm.Do i deserve it tho?

There's a lot of evidence to sort through and consider here, you're gonna need to give us some time.
We would need to see your chat logs or the reason for your punishment to be able to tell. In general the next punishment after a 14-day ban is typically a permanent ban, so if there was any behavior that merited a punishment it would indeed permanently ban you.
I don't really see any evidence of trolling/feeding in the match history, it must be flaming.
I'm fairly certain it is because of that thing you did. To be fair though, i've seen punishments for that 3rd thing too (though it is really uncommon).
Idk if you deserve if you give the chat logs.

ofc you get a afk ban when you do nothing
