Well, looks like LoL comunity did not changed over that time... Still every1 trying to hunt for kills... Still every1 trying to "carry" and when They reach 0:5 or jumping all the time alone at least 3 enemies, then blame others... I really hope, that big change in 2019 will fix this...

So instead of blaming Riot to change gameplay behavior, get better at the game and get out of the ELO where people chase for kills.

This is obliviously simply because players are actually apes and kids... This have nothing to do with Riot. But I think I agree with your point..
