Someone hacked into my friend's account.

Someone succeeded to get into my friend's account. He played some games (that person weirdly carried most of the games). Tho, directly when my friend logged in and saw that someone has played on his account, he received a chat restriction for 10 games. My friend ISN'T one of those feeding/trolling/toxic behavior/dodging player, AT ALL. Trust me. So certainly, the guy who logged into his account has been toxic or whatever while he played the few games he played.

Password has been changed etc. But my friend lost his honor 5 and rewards because of that.. Its kind of sad. Someone can enlighten me on what he should do ?

Riot Member? Please its pretty unfair to someone who has been a sportsmanlike player for almost 4 years now.

Contact support. They might not be able to help though, because account security is something the owner of the account is responsible for.

He can still get his ranked rewards if he plays the 10 games before the season ends, no matter if support can help or not.

contact support, they might help but they always seem to say that people are responsible for their accounts no matter what. they can still get ranked rewards at least if the restriction is done before november 6th or 7th.
