Do they read the reports

I recently got banned for 14 days and the conversation that they thought was abusive. I did not swear, nor did I offend anyone.

Do they even read the reports?

The other person swore and stuff and was not punished.

Are the admins educated? do they know how to distinguish between verbally abusive and not verbally abusive? Or are they just randomly banning people that get reported.

FYI, they have terrible customer service here. makes me doubt about switching to a different game with my friends.

If you post your chat logs, I'd be happy to go through them with you.

Don't worry about other people. Your punishment has nothing to do with anyone else, or what they may have said.

I can assure you, the bans are not random.

Please do note that Chat log that you received your email was only your most recent chat log where you offended, when you write a ticket it support you will get more chat logs if you request them , please note if you do not post your chart log here you will not get any community support , Community support can help get attention to a red faster, and help you on the unlikely situation that you are not guilty.

What they did or didn't do is irrelevant. If you retailed to a toxic person, you're both in the wrong. Post your chat logs. We can tell you what triggered the system.
