I got Permanently banned in LoL

The title says it...And the reason is just so sad and i litterally dont know what to do. Recent game i was playing triggered it,but it wasnt what Riot thought it was.Game before that a guy played kog maw adc and i was Zed.I was killing him verry frequently which got him triggered,so the next game we got matched,the game which i got banned in.He told me to kill myself,as an obvious joke.So i wanteds to play along and in game he didnt want to leash me(i was playing jungle) so i called him a f***er as an OBVIOUS JOKE,which he accepted.2nd thing,when he was doing baron with mundo he failed and died and enemy took the baron.I told him,AS AN OBVIOUS JOKE,that its not me that should be killing myself,but him who should kms,i repeat AS AN OBVIOUS JOKE.The only thing i said in that game that can be seen as toxic is me saying to enemy graves ""gg ez l2p".I really dont understand that i got permabanned so easily for a stupid thing like this....

EDIT:I cant show you just my logs,cause it will look messed up and you will take riots side,if somehow i can show you what lucian typed that game,tell me how to do it.Also the guy was putting smiley faces after every offense,we were playing together like nothing happened,we were having fun together and won the game.The way he was playing with me i know he didnt get offended Also sorry if this is badly explained but rip english
