WTF, banned for third party software -- HELP!!

Two days ago I received a ban notice saying I was permanently suspended for use of "third party software". I have never in any way, shape, form or fashion used any program or software/hardware to help play this game in the 2 1/2 seasons I have played. Anybody else had this problem? I submitted a ticket but to no avail so far. Three days ago I did however come back from dinner to see a "your account has been logged in elsewhere" message. Logged back in to find that someone had logged on and played one ranked game. If this is the case of third party software being used, seems like it should be an easy fix by looking at the different IP address and only one time in 2 1/2 seasons, not able to count how many games I've played since then. Thousands.

if you dont get banned for the thrid party thing, you will get banned for account sharing

it doesn't matter if you know the person who logged in or not. at the end of the day, you and you alone are responsible for your account security. if someone else guessed your password or found it out through some other means, then that is on you

There's a couple things here. If it was the hacker, you wouldn't be banned right now. Riot bans for third party programs months after they are detected so as to e ensure their detection systems remain proprietary.

Keep in mind that it does not ever have to be used in a ranked game, but just be installed on the same computer as you're playing league on, to be detected. If your account was truly compromised, and not shared, they will detect that and fix any damage done, however.

TBH looking at ur stats on OGGG its very Clear you were using it then turning it off then using it again. Without it you lost most of ur games with it you were double postive and everything.. come on man stop lying

Hello, I would like to ask if this problem has been resolved, or the ban has remained permanent. Today, I've become the same, and I have not used any software that influences the game in my life. Maximum XSplit for Stream Test. Thank you for answer.
