What's going wrong with banhammer and chat logs/Adc sucks now?

I have been a League player for 3.5 seasons and recently got 3 permabans in just a matter of 2 months.1 of them was deserved to happen so Im going to talk about the rest.Chat logs including garbage like "wait team need 50g dont fight" or "lets invade blitz can grab" or shit like that.Especially on permaban number 3 out of all the chat logs the only thing that was toxic was "report dianna losing her lane and trolling therefore".So can somebody tell me how the chat logs are being pushed towards us?I mean is it some automated shit because I have talked with many people and we concluded that 60-70% of chat logs aint flame or what.

As for the adc shit.I remember myself playing adc since i started League.Why the fuck did riot shit on adc's.I mean you pretty much cant help at all when assasins arent afraid of tanks and just jump 1v5 and pick some kills.Whats the point of making a carry role that useless?Im a draven one trick way before tyler1 got famous and after these permabans im just running it down mid every single game and not getting any kind of punishment.Thats a reason for permaban not the crap i get in chat logs. This is actually some of the least toxic behavior I've seen someone post chatlogs for for being permabanned. I mean you weren't brimming with positivity, but you weren't really that negative or toxic. As a 4th offense I guess they get less lenient on your chat.

Dude its the best i could do w/ behaviour considering game 1 0/5 dianna came bot to get some cs and die and tilted my premade who ragequit.Game 3 bot flaming each other since min 1 and ended up jhin flaming and dying like 10 times and thresh leaving bot and roaming at 3rd min of game :)

to be honest here retos is actually right.banhammer nowadays focuses on banning flamers but riot doesnt actually see whats behind the flame.i have had some ban chats before and i was trying to communicatr with a rioter via e-mail.ALthough my ban chat were worth given the reason behind the flame (most of the times) is someone trolling feeding intentionally or leave/afk/rage quit in a game!In my opinion by seeing these chat logs retos is not actually ban-able as he is more sarcastic instead of flaming and in the other half he is pretty postive or gives instruction.Now about the script part i asked him to saw me the replay of the game he said he has and its indeed like that illaoi was scriptin!!Those guys:trollers intentionally feeders or leavers are quitly never banned and this actually may piss off people that would lead in a flaming result.Now about the ADC fact,it is actually true that ADCs nowadays have a pretty minimum role in the game.I remember big ADC players like forg1ven carrying games on his own and games that i played myself or my teammates.These days tanks build resistance and hp and still can one shot and thats not right....Assasins like LB can kill and go like nothing is happening QQS canyt block zed etc...not to metion that just a strong cc team with mediocore players can actually win just for that reason..i hope i helped retos and riot should reform their banhammer to result in a better cleanse of the toxic players (including trolls and what i said before) rather than just banning random people without knowing whats hiding behind their behaviour!!THANKS!

When I started I'd be negative sometimes, but I got a warning for being reported and that was the end of that. It's not hard to realize you're wrong when you are warned for that behavior, let alone permabanned 3 times.

Of course it can always be improved, but that doesn't mean its judgment of your cases was faulty. It is very hard to get permabanned even once, and you've gone way past that and still don't want to change. It should be very obvious that the system is not the problem here. If you really think the system made a mistake, submit a Support Ticket and they can remove it if they come to a different conclusion.

I'm being straight with you. Your behavior is not acceptable and you are not welcome here if you refuse to change. If you are still confused as to how you are expected to act, I recommend reading the following articles;

Idk if you are kidding or not.But still riot says they cant remove any permabans even in this case where as you can see i cant find any toxicity.I can permabanned 30 times and trust me idc.All im trying to get through is that trollers etc dont get the same kind of bans or whatever.So dont shit me friendly guy.

They can remove permabans and have, in cases where the system made a mistake or escalated the punishment too far.

However, I noted the negative behavior in my first reply. If you choose to believe that sort of behavior is ok that's fine, but the rest of the community and Riot does not; you are expected to adhere to the standards set by them, not you.

Chat offenses are much easier to detect than most gameplay offenses. It's easy to feed or otherwise be a detriment to your team intentionally while looking like it's just a bad game. When they get caught doing it, though, they receive immediate 14 day or permanent bans. They do not get the luxury of warnings and chat restrictions.

I think the confusion lies in what you think is toxic, and what actually may result in punishment.

It's not just blatant harassment or racism etc. that is unacceptable, but being negative in general. Read those articles I posted.

Seeing as how you're pulling that out of thin air, I can't really answer that question. Your 100 people are imaginary. If you want to say the rate of permabans removed is less than 1 in 100, I agree; the system has a false positive rate much lower than that.

The overwhelming majority of the time Riot agrees with how the system handled a player's punishment, and more often escalates it for extreme behavior that the system did not catch instead.

I have seen a few punishments reduced or removed, but it's an insignificant amount compared to people that think they were wronged but they are just toxic and won't accept it.

You are always welcome to contest your ban through a ticket.

I help out with the NA volunteer program, so have several Rioters I can reach out to in Player Support. If you don't like the game anymore and it's all toxic, I wouldn't make the effort to stay if I were you.

Well well.On my first account after the 14 days ban i was like shit they are serious.I was reformed as a player being friendly etc.I had reached somewhere around 100honors of each one.Then had a bad week with some things that happened irl mostly health issues wont talk about it here so riot instantly banned me.Went to support explained them the situation thoroughly but said that it didnt matter cause i had many warnings before(chat bans).You know whats their fault?I was fully reformed after 14 days ban for like 6-7 months but for them it just didnt matter.

Spend less time calling people troll and toxic, kids, that they suck, that they're scripting, or lobbying to mass report. That is why those logs are reportable and resulted in punishment.

However, permabans do not happen just from that. This would've been after multiple punishments prior to it, as there are 4 tiers of punishment;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

It doesn't matter how severe your behavior is, if you get punished it'll move up at least one step. Severe behavior may result in skipping multiple steps though. Across 3 accounts being punished multiple times, you never though your behavior might result in further punishment if you continued it?

I just told my team and got replay to prove it of a scripting illaoi but thats w/e.Plus dude.I dont give a single fuck about this.Im trolling 3 days straight running it down mid on ranked game and didnt even get a single ban.All im trying to say is that only flamers get banned and trollers etc never do.
