I was recently getting harassed for losing lane thx to getting eve ganked constently,and it got me thinking it would be a great idea if riot added a report incentive like if so many people u report get warned/ban for there behavior u get some kind of reward whether it be some rp or something for the hextech system. This would probably be the greatest thing they could do to help lower toxicity in league.

That would probably just up the false report rate.

If anything the current Hextech system, where it bars toxic players from free rewards, is probably the single best anti-toxicity feature Riot has ever implemented.
