i am tired of playing with toxic players who do not seem to receive any form of punishment as the system doesn't always catch people whereas the tribunal does give justice. I have recently received a 14 day ban which yes I admit it was my fault as I was toxic because I reacted to another flamer with more flame, however the other flamer does not receive any punishment even though they used the n word which is extremely racist and offensive I cannot play this game any longer due to the community being extremely toxic where you come across these kind of players frequently and eventually you will also flame because you react to flame with more flame and there is no justice.

these post are cancer but they do get punish but this arnt some fucking tv show telling you "tonight on lol ban, flamers, ragers and leavers. Will little timmy be forgiven for being called to dinner while playing a game? Find out tonight on LOL BAN!"

How do you know they aren't getting or going to get punished?
Everyone is judged based on their own actions. If they are reported, they are judged.

Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but eventually their behavior will get them judged.

Chat restrictions are not detectable on any match history or account listing Ive ever heard of. Harassment, and offensive language doesn't skip tiers unless it is extreme(by the system's standards, not yours). Hate speech typically does skip tiers, but Ive also heard of first time offenders not skipping tiers.

The bottom line here is that you don't know the punishment history of the other players account. As such you are not in the best position to determine if the other players are getting punished, or even in a position to be punished. And Riot is not going to give you those details for privacy reasons.

Ever heard the phrase "Treat other how you want to be treated." ? Please take that to heart. You will make such a difference if you're nice and helpful to other instead of calling out/flamming others. When I smurf I typically give advice instead of "wow u suck gg no re" and if they dont take the advice then it's a simple understanding that they wont make it far in the ranks. Just /muteall ~ Think about what you did and once you're unabnned only you can change.
