I was wrongly banned for using 3rd party programs

My account that got banned name was "womanly legs", on this account I played a little bit of ranked but most of the time I just played with friends. On 1/31/2017 I tried to log in but to my surprise it said my account was permanently suspended, and to check my email for information which I did, and I saw this. "Hello Summoner,

Your account: coolname13 was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.

If you wish to dispute the actions taken against your account, you may contact us via this link: http://support.riotgames.com"

So obviously I'm confused so I did like it said and I contacted Riot and left them an email saying. "I tried to sign in on 1/31/2017 but it said i was banned and to check my e-mail so i did and i saw that it said i was banned for 3rd party usage? I don't even know what that means, also I hadn't played leauge in a while since my friends like playing overwatch so when i came back to have my account banned it surprised me. If you can show me evidence of my 3rd party usage or at least review the tribunal it would mean alot."


And at 11:16 on the same day the Rioter Legendary responded back with. "Greetings player,

Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of intent, use of unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which can be found here: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/legal/termsofuse Keep in mind that account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use. We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's exploit abuse, as divulging this information could compromise future investigations. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.  I would just like some evidence about why these accusations were made and possibly get the account called "womanly legs" back. If I receive some of the evidence I will drop all my searches for why I was banned.

if u bought ur acc unranked lvl 30 many of those accs are scripted to lvl 30 in bot games before sold. So when you get your account even if it is many monthes after you bought your account, if you get reported for scripting and your match history gets audited you will be banned. hope this helps.

Unfortunately, at the end of the day, random users on the boards can't really tell if you're telling the truth or not. Your options are rather limited if Riot has decided that you have been using scripts.

Any claim that you weren't using scripts can be seen as an attempt at deception in an effort to get your account back. Riot can't tell you what methods they used to determine you were using 3rd party applications in the interest of keeping these detection methods relevant. Which makes it extremely hard to prove their detection was incorrect.

Your best bet would be contacting support and telling them about any and all harmless 3rd party programs that may have been interacting with league.

They won't give any..... They don't want people figuring out how they were caught and avoiding it later.

Ever download any software that may interact with league of legends? overlays/skin mods/game mods/zoom mods/ etc etc

I didn't buy this account or any account. I started from level 1 and got to level 30 by myself. #FreeTheLegs

I have downloaded the application Wooxy for custom skins that I thought would look cool but I have never really used it, over time I got sick of it and trashed it. But unless Wooxy did something to my league I wouldn't have any idea why I got banned.

find his post reply to his post, ask him to review you case. Maybe he'll reply back on your post maybe not They are busy people
