Can we get a "Ping Restriction"?

I know, i know, pings are an essential part of giving information to team mates in League, but i'm sure i'm not the only one that routinely encounters people that ping the map so much, you can't hear yourself think, it knocks your concentration and sometimes ends up getting you killed.

Come on, How often has your jungler seen a leaf or something blow through their side of the jungle, thought it's the enemy jungler and spammed alert pings at your feet until you either go help them or they hit the ping limit? Happens to me every other game, and the same players that over-spam pings are usually the same very angry, bossy, self-appointed team captains that nobody needed or wanted.

Definately bring back the spamming report option, maybe add a specific one for ping spamming and if the reports rack up enough, you're ping restricted and can only send one of each type per minute (alert, danger, assist ect).
