Hi guys . i was wondering how would you go 2 gold or even higher division if u keep getting unskilled players on your team ?? Can someone help me or explain matchmaking technic ?

They got to the same ELO you're at, they can't be that bad. Do they just get carried? Then why can't you get carried even higher if you're so much better? I'm sure it's just luck, right?

Anyways, just play a lot of games. That's the biggest thing if you have the skill already. You gotta put in hundreds of games. If you already have played hundreds (like 500) but you're still silver, you're probably just silver skill level. There are some decent silver players, it's just a matter of everyone syncing up on a team. Team comps, play styles, morale, everyone being on the same page. Two people might be good players, but they approach victory in different ways and could be stubborn and it ends up in a loss even though they're mechanically better than their opponents. So just keep playing games and you'll get to where you belong eventually.
