Banned account for use of 3rd party software

So I wanted to get back to playing League but as I was logging in, the client told me that my account was banned for use of 3rd party software. I had previously let my brother borrow my account since I thought I wouldn't come back to play this game again, but I came back to playing it :P. My brother apparently used some 3rd party software for skins, something that I was unaware of since I wasn't using this account. I made a new account but it had bought a bunch of champions on my banned account that I don't have on my new account. I'd like to think that I'm a kind and fair player in this game and would never use such software. Just if you're curious, my new account is called PatataPlayer, you can look it up. I'm pretty sure I've never been reported. Anyways, I was wondering if I could have my old account back, and I would completely understand if I can't.

P.S.: Someone told me that there's some referral code for perma banned accounts to review the case, but I never received such a code, so I was just curious.

Hey Death, sorry your brother screwed you like that. Unfortunately, sharing accounts is a violation of the Terms of Use precisely for things like this; when you allow someone else to use your account, you accept the responsibility for anything they use it for. Riot does not remove punishments for the actions of another player when you let them access your account, so unfortunately you're out of luck here.
