Toxic Player ? Will Riot Do something about it ?

Riot could pls do something about those toxic player ? Plssss not only toxic player but those player who don't shared especially the jungler , some people wanted red buff or blue buff , the people who want it work hard for it and the jungler just came in and stole it when the people said they want the buff ...people who keep doing that to the team will make their teammates rage and will rage quit if it continue , I can't stand player like that league of legend is a team Game and there less teamwork sometimes when Solo Que , oh riot do something about those player had offensive name and pls no mama Joke name it so Offensive it not funny at all ...
