"If you play bad, we'll all report you" - clans/groups/premades

Hi,

Lately i have been getting threats from clans/groups/premades. They tell me when i'll play bad they'll mass report me.

Is it possible if enough of these 'premades' report me, i get a chat restriction? because from my knowledge you get chat restriction with 0 honor when you say stuff that can't be detected (by bots) so they trust the players, if there's enough reports they'll give u a chat restriction. Am i right with how the system kinda works for those reports?

i'm also assuming that In-game they were sometimes just intentionally completely ignoring every move or call i did. Making it very hard to win. (i just notice it very well)

I just don't want to get banned over a system that's might or might not be abusable by this manner (happened before on other game).

Thx for reading, -Sorakan

You will not be punished based on number of reports. Period.

There is always the extremely rare possibility that anyone is punished incorrectly, but that will be removed if it happens.

Nope. It doesn't matter how many premades report you, as long as you're still following the rules and not flaming or dragging your teams down in chat, you won't get a chat restriction.

Thankfully, no. For one, the IFS is geared towards leniency if it doesn't have a full grasp of the situation; it would rather avoid issuing a false-positive punishment than trust in the players reporting if it's having a hard time finding anything punishable.

Additionally, there's no set quantity of reports to guarantee a chat restriction; the IFS only reviews a game once, as a report only triggers a review - and more reports doesn't mean more reviews. If that review doesn't turn up with any punishable behavior, no punishment is issued.

Behaviors that can result in a chat restriction vary, from low-key offenses (passive-aggressiveness, low-key insults, defeatist comments) to more severe ones (direct insults, harassment, flame, etc.), so as long as you don't behave like that, their reports will do exactly nothing against you.

No, the IFS can't be abused by "mass reporting".

It certainly can and is abused in a lot of other ways though.

Jesus... sounds like theyre just ttrying to bait you into an arguement or to tilt you for their own entertainment. You have nothing to worry about. No game company would create a system where premades could get players banned for no reason, and they wouldnt ban players for simply being bad at the game.

With anything automated it's possible. It depends

yup which is why typing is always a bad idea, becuase their are fuckheads like this that will report you just to get you banned even if you'er joking or bantering with the enemy team. Exploiting a shit discipline system for their own amusement.

If you play bad, we'll report you.

Go ahead. If I've done nothing wrong, nothing will happen.

End of conversation.

Yea, you'll get punished because the mass reports will draw attention and then someone will review your games and chat restrict or ban you for some off key comment you made like 100 games ago. You best bet is to stay silent in all of your games.
