New report criteria- Bought account?

I know this has probably come up before but ever since I made it to plat last season (and am still there this season) I occasionally find a player that clearly bought their account or had it boosted up, they just obviously don't have the skill or knowledge that they should at that level.
I just had yet another game and it was obvious to the whole team that this player had no idea how to position, when to take objectives or even how to manage a wave in lane. I get that if they bought an account/got boosted they will lose until they are back at the level they should be but that just punishes 4 people every game until they get to where they should be. I am just asking for another report option to click that may red flag that person then I'm hoping there is a way to look into it further like "oh wow this person played 12 hours a day for 2 weeks from an isp in California but now he signs in for 2 hours a day from boston with a 12 game losing streak, hmmmmm". Maybe I'm the only one seeing this/ there is already a way to report them but I just thought I would put this out there.

BOOST TO WIN!

The same way a players mechanically and physically is not equipped to assess this -- It is not your place to determine if a player was boosted or bought a account.

You need to report based on behavioral reasons -- Not because they aren't pulling off sick outplays on your lane that suit your needs.

"This person logged in from x location and was winning but is now logging in from x and losing. BOUGHT ACCOUNT!"

I feel sorry for everyone who moves/goes on vacation/goes to a con and then gets a losing streak for whatever reason with that logic.

i dislike people like you who accuse others of being "boosted" when in reality they are just having a bad game and are tilting.

i also dislike people who judge you based on your items/masteries/STARTING ITEMS, They fail to understand that i climbed to this elo with this play style.
