Permanent Ban

Alright now I am not trying to say I did now deserve punishment. I was toxic and I understand that. I need to work on it and i want to. But I dont understand why I have only received one chat ban then got a perma ban after ward. I've been doing some reading that riot give a couple warning before the ban and I only received one. Im not saying im innocent but i do think a permanent ban is a bit to harsh especially since ive spent more than $100 on this game. Now money shouldnt matter it my behavior but my first chat ban the argument was between me and a friend on discord we got mad and started getting at each others necks. I just want to be able to play on my acc again even if i have to take a like week or more ban anything seems more reasonable than to perma ban after just one chat restriction.
