2 week ban

well, i was a little bit toxic and mad after a like 8 losses losestreak. really, really mad. i seriously cant understand why i did that, but its ok, and the ban is fair. now : i know that you first get a 2 week ban, and then you get instant permanent ban.. like everyone, i dont want to get a permanent ban. Is this working same like the chat restrictions? Because if you have like 50 games chat restriction and then no restrictions for like half a year it and then you get another chat ban, you only get like 20 or 10 games. What i want to say is : if i dont get a chat restriction / any restriction for a long time now ( lets say half a year or a year ) and then im mad again, is it a 2w or a permanent ban then?
