Permanently banned randomly without an email

Hello,

I've been playing the game for quite a few months and haven't been very toxic at all and haven't received any previous violations/suspensions, which is why i was super surprised when i logged on to find out that i got permanently banned. It says there was an email sent explaining the reasoning, but haven't received anything. I put in a toxic to riot support 2 days ago, but still haven't heard back. Is there any other way of getting in contact with riot support to get this fixed? I've put a good amount of money in skins and such and i'll be disappointed in losing these and starting all over again.

hey can you take a screenshot?

if it says permanent suspension without any logs it means the account was just locked for security reasons and you can contact player support at the bottom of the page to get it unlocked.

Generally speaking, if it says "permanent suspension" and does not provide chat logs, it's one of a few things:

  1. One of your RP purchases was "charged back", in other words Riot didn't get the money from your bank/credit card, and they locked the account until the payment is resolved.

  2. Your account looked like it was being or had been hacked into by someone else, and so they put a suspension on it until you can verify your ownership of the account.

  3. They manually suspended you for third party scripts/similar and the system's not showing you that message for some reason.

Whatever the issue is, the best way for you to resolve it will be to submit a support ticket - they'll be able to tell you what the problem was and how to fix it.

Were there chat logs with the login? If not, it was either done through a manual review, or it was for a reason other than chat-related.

As far as not getting the email: double check that you know which email is associated with your account and that you have access to it. Then double check your junk file in case it went there instead of your inbox.

Like Friendly Ram said, the support ticket is your best choice to find out what's going on with your account. They won't post any kind of personal information publicly, such as here or twitter, but they will give you further information via email.

SInce this is likely an account security issue, you'll need to be prepared to answer a bunch of questions to prove the account is (and has always been) yours and that you took reasonable precautions to protect it.
