And I got perma banned... riot why did this occur? I submitted I ticket a few days ago and i havent heard back yet...

Excessive negativity, insulting your teammates, harassing them, and, bolded - hate speech. Normally, though, hate speech on the forums is censored with percent signs (%%%%, as an example - no words actually typed, just typed percent signs to show what it'd look like), so I'm not sure if it actually qualifies as hate speech in the IFS' eyes.

Either way, if you recently came off of a 14-day ban, this permanent ban is more than warranted.

This has some trigger words that would have caused the ban and trust me I know read my name.

It's a 4 tier punishment system:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14-day ban
  4. permaban

Extreme toxicity can cause you to skip punishment tiers.

If you've been 14-day banned, anything that can trigger a punishment will get you permabanned.
