My account got permanently banned for allegedly scripting. I've never hacked anything before and have been playing this game for 7 plus years. is there anything else i can do besides submit a ticket? because i will not rest until i have access to my account. I've put a lot of money into it throughout the years.

submit a ticket. if you used scripts, you're not going to get it back. if you bought the account, you're not going to get it back. if you edited the game files in a way that isn't against the rules, write it in the ticket.
typically people don't have a lot of success in getting accounts back once this happens.
No, No, And no. Someone gained access to my password 4 days ago and changed all my controls though. they played three games and a weird time in the morning while i was sleeping. I have never told anyone my password. And never have shared my account with anyone. What i want to know is how someone got my password and didn't changed it. They played games with a summoner named CatCua.
I'm seriously angry and i am not going to sleep until i get to the bottom of this, this is my only account because i don't even dodge games. I've had it for a long time. I will call Riot head quarters i will send a thousand emails and figure this out. I don't hack.

So your account was banned following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs however we did see suspicious activity on the account at that time! So, I've gone ahead and lifted the ban on the account as an exception. Note that any further punishments that occur in this manner may not be able to be reversed for any reason.
