Reporting severe violations after initial report impossible (?)

Have you ever encountered this situation: you reported a verbally abusive (or otherwise toxic) player after the game. After you did that however, he/she then behaves even worse in the lobby, so you would want to report him/her for things like racism, homophobia or other severe violations of the summoners code. But the report icon is blocked, because of your initial report.

I encountered this situation maybe a dozen times by now, so I question why the report button is blocked after initial reports. I get that spamming reports should be prevented. But I would definitely prefer and use a simple way to get these reports out anyways. Maybe something on the homepage using a screenshot?

i just have to give you more information on the reporting you were doing, that so-called toxic player doesnt need more then one report since the moment they are reported, the chat logs are recorded all the way up until they leave that one lobby.

so even though you reported him/her before it got worse, the rest is logged for that lobby as well regardeless.

the best you could hope to do is submit a ticket about the player with their play name to riot directly and have them flag the account to watch them
