i was chat ban for being slightly toxic for 10 games and want to know how long until i can earn hextech stuff again

i would say at least 3 months, riot has stated it take at least that long to go down a tier. I am pretty sure that they would not being giving out rewards while on a tier of punishment.

Pretty sure it's a certain number of games or a certain period of time (3 months I think) before you Account loses it's punished status. Can't say I feel sorry for you though, turns out being a dick is a bad thing. Who knew?
