NA server unavailable?

i was in the middle of a game then the game crashed i logged out and when i went to try to log in to the north american server it says its not available will this count as a loss? will i get a leaver buster?

do u know if its supposed 2 down right now? like ik it said only ranked but now its the whole server is down?
