Can't Start a League. Am I the only one?
I've never done this before but I'm trying to start a league and I haven't been able to find the button to create one. Is fantasy up and running? Is there anyone else having issues starting a league?

You can't start a league because Riot hasn't officially opened fantasy yet. When they do, they'll post an announcement or someone will post on Reddit and then the fun begins. If I had to guess, I'd say 8 am Pacific, 11 am for east coast, which is about an hour and a half away.
I got 4 people with you included. I haven't been asking around yet tho. I can get at least a 5th guaranteed.
