AFK Drafters

So, it makes me very upset that the person doing best in my league right now was AFK during the draft. Shouldn't people who don't show up for the draft be punished for not showing up to get the best players at the get go? The AFKer in my league got first pick and the computer chose Rekkles for him and then proceeded to pick nothing but top players from SK, TSM, and ROCCAT.
