Sit or start?

Do I start Jesiz or Apollo for my flex? Both are projected to get 37 points. But Apollo goes vs the new Dig botlane and and the Piglet-less botlane of Team liquid. Jesiz goes vs Shiphtur and pobelter, I have Apollo(Wizfujion) started atm. Thoughts?
